Rugrat, aka Charlie, is a fun-loving, playful terrier mix and is approximately 2 years old. He is such a lovebug who has the cutest underbite! In his foster home he lives with 2 other bigger dogs, who he loves to chase around and play with. Charlie is super smart and comes to you immediately when you call him. He knows the command "sit" and he learned how to give his paw after only 1 day. He is super gentle and loves to cuddle up next to his human. He is also extremely quiet, which would also make him the perfect apartment pet, although he would definitely still want his exercise as he loves to tear around the yard, hopping from one area to the next. He would love to find his forever home very soon!!!.
