Successfully rehomed by Saint Francis Society

I am Marty and I am a pretty sad case. I came to the shelter with a cataract and with a hurt leg. I came from Kentucky where someone shot me. I didn't do anything to deserve being hurt. They just think it's OK to shoot little dogs in Kentucky. Anyway, I am getting along OK but do need someone who can afford to fix me. I would love you forever if you are that person. .
