Successfully rehomed by Yonkers Animal Shelter

Kathy is a mixed bully breed about 2 years old and 45- 50 lbs...she was found left in a park about 6 months ago, and it took her a little while to decompress and settle in...we think her life before YAS must not have been terrific...now,she is the nicest dog...one of her favorite things to do when out for a walk,is to lay down and stretch all four paws out...she does a good imitation of a rug !!!Kathy is dog who is a good listener and if you play with her and talk to her at the same time,she will always cock her head at an angle that lets you know she is listening...Kathy is choosy about her dog friends and would only do well with a laid back cat..If a cat challenges her,she will not run away...Please contact Leslie, our volunteer adoption coordinator, at 201- 981-3215 or email her at Lesliem147@gmail.com or come visit us at the shelter.
