Cutie Norris is a typical little Bichon with bags of attitude to make up for his small size !

He can be quite cheeky and despite his age and cute looks, he'll need owners who can be firm, but fair, keeping to the ground rules. With all the right training and consistency we feel Norris will make the perfect pet!.
