Asta

Asta

Description

Successfully rehomed by Blue Cross - Burford

Meet Asta who is a Bovarian blood hound.
She may be a little older than most but this girl still has plenty of enthusiasm and simply loves to play, either with other dogs or people. She enjoys lovely long walks on and off lead with her owners. Asta is very friendly with other dogs and loves to play and engage with other dogs.
She used to live with dogs and could do again pending introductions here at the centre.. She has lived with children in the home and could live with any age children again after successful introductions. Asta would be best suited to a home without cats or small animals due to her breed traits.
If you are looking for an older dog who still has lots of enthusiasm for life then Asta is the dog for you!

If you are interested in Asta please call the centre ahead of your visit, lines are open from 10.30am (apart from Thursdays when we are closed to the public)

We'd love for you to come and see us. Visitors are welcome to walk around the equine walkway, cattery and small animal section. However, we operate a closed kennels for the dogs to minimise their stress levels.

PLEASE NOTE:
We may have a few dogs on the Burford site with kennel cough at the moment. Therefore owners of existing dogs wishing to adopt another dog are advised to contact the small animal department and speak to a member of staff who can advise on our procedures before visiting to see individual dogs.
