Hutch
Description
Kennels Staffs/Cheshire Border
Starsky and Hutch have been in our care for 6 months while the court case was being processed. They are now free to be rehomed! They along with many other dogs have been subjected to a life of cruelty, brutal so called training methods and being tethered in fields and barns.
Hutch has been micro-chipped and fully vaccinated including kennel cough, he will be neutered in due course.
Hutch is a small Collie who is ever so friendly and affectionate! He is very confident and happy with us. We don’t think he’s ever lived in a house and it will take time for him to adjust; it’s amazing how dogs adapt especially when they are treated with kindness and love. He will need someone who is going to be really understanding in order to slowly introduce him to every day things; he is very submissive and sometimes scared of some things but also very needy and so wants to please.
Hutch would not suit a town or busy area with too much going on, a quiet rural area would be right up his street! He’s not been one for toys but does love roasted bones! He is strong on the lead and pulls a bit, his recall is good he’s ok in the car. We are looking for a home where someone is around for most of the time.
We adore Hutch, he’s not got a bad bone in his body, he just needs to be shown love then you’ll get to see the cheeky side of him! When he jumps up for a fuss it’s not because he’s being naughty it’s because he has to look into your eyes seeking acceptance because he is so used to be being hurt. He’s known nothing but love since he’s been with us and he is now ready to find that with someone else.
